CITY OF DEL MAR : It was such an honor to work on this. Del Mar has never had an identity and to know that it will remain there for years to come is a great feeling.
Client wanted a conservative and elegant logo. We picked a classic typeface and then reworked the Torrey Pine branch to look simplier and more iconographic. We all
agreed that the Torrey Pine would be the best solution for a many reasons, it is a rare tree primarily existing in Del Mar and it has 5 point of origin for the needles vs.
four on a typical pine.
