TR OFFICE/TR RETAIL: With the building not built yet, we used just the renderings and the already existing historic part of the building. They needed to fill part of the
space and needed to market those open spaces. With the uniqueness of historic and modern together we wanted to just highlight the building. For the closure we used
a die-cut sticker of the logo as the enclosure.
